Data Collection
Lumbar Jack collects no data of any kind. The app does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information, usage data, analytics, or telemetry.
Network Access
Lumbar Jack makes no network requests. It has no internet connectivity and cannot communicate with external servers.
Local Storage
All settings (reminder mode, durations, exercise preferences) are stored locally on your Mac using macOS UserDefaults. This data never leaves your device.
Third Parties
Lumbar Jack contains no third-party SDKs, analytics tools, advertising frameworks, or tracking libraries of any kind.
Children's Privacy
Lumbar Jack does not collect data from anyone, including children.
